That’s the real app. Tap a button and you’re in.
For indie beauty and wellbeing brands, and the creators who want to work with them. You run it yourself.
The fee is held by our payment provider until the post is verified, and creators keep all of it. Brands pay from €149 per creator, plus our fees. See pricing
Live campaigns from indie beauty and wellbeing brands, straight to your feed. Joining is free, pitching is free, and you talk to the brand yourself.
Record one short video and name your fee. The brand gets to see and hear you before they decide, and no media kit can do that.
We draw up the contract for you. You both sign with a tap, and the brand pays your fee into holding straight away, so it’s there before you film a thing.
Post it, and we confirm it’s up. When the campaign wraps, the full fee goes to your bank. Every penny is yours. Our fee comes from the brand, never from you.

Example screens
Run it all from your desk
Write the brief with a proper keyboard, then watch pitches, approve content and pay, all from the same screen.
Approve every post before it’s live
Two rounds of changes on the draft. You get 72 hours to review each draft. If you don’t respond, it’s approved automatically.
See how it’s performing
Views, likes, comments and shares, pulled from the creator’s own account once the post is up. No screenshots needed.
Free to join, and you keep the lot
It costs nothing to join or to pitch. Our fee comes from the brand, so your fee stays whole.
From 1,000 followers on one account
Connect Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or wherever you post. You need 1,000 followers and 1% engagement on one platform, so a smaller, loyal audience is plenty.
Know your payout date
You’ll see your payout date as soon as the contract is signed. No guessing, no chasing.
The brand pays when they hire you, and the fee is held by our payment provider until the job’s done. Creators never post on a promise, and if a post never happens, the creator’s fee goes back to the brand.
The brand pays up front
The fee is paid in as soon as a creator is hired. Both sides can see it’s there.
It’s held while the work happens
It’s held by our payment provider until the work is done. The creator films, the brand reviews, the post goes up.
Released once the post is verified
We confirm the post is live. The fee is released seven working days after the campaign ends, or after the last verified post if that’s later (twelve if you paid by bank transfer), and paid to the creator on the Monday after.
What people ask us before they sign up, from pitching to getting paid.
There’s nobody in the middle. You post the campaign, creators pitch you with a 60-second video and their own fee, you pick who you like, sign, and pay. The fee is held from the moment you hire someone and released once the campaign has run its course. Nobody chases a payment. If a creator never posts, their fee comes back to you. Our service and handling fees, and the VAT on them, aren’t refunded.
Run the whole campaign in Spongle. Your home screen shows every live deal as a pipeline, so you always know what’s waiting on you and what’s waiting on the other side. Sign contracts, message back and forth, and keep an eye on every payment: what you’ve spent, what’s on hold and what’s been released, with invoices to download. It isn’t a directory that matches you up and then leaves you to it.
Yes. You see your spend, how many pitches are coming in and how many you’re accepting, over the last week, month or quarter. Once a post is live you get views, likes, comments and shares straight from the creator’s connected account, updated through the day.
Posting is free. Creator fees start at €149 per creator, an introductory price, and on top of that you pay our 18% service fee, a handling fee (6% EUR / 8% GBP) and VAT on those two fees. Creators pay nothing at all.
The moment you hire them, their fee is paid in and held by our payment provider. The creator can see it’s there before they film anything. They make the content, post it and see the campaign through. The fee is released seven working days after the campaign ends, or after the last verified post if that’s later (twelve if you paid by bank transfer), and paid to the creator on the Monday after. No invoices to chase, and if the work never happens, the creator’s fee comes back to you.
Joining is free. To pitch, you need to be a UK or EU creator (not Poland) with a public account, 1,000 or more followers and an engagement rate of at least 1% on one social account (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Threads or Pinterest), and that account needs to be connected to Spongle so we can read the numbers straight from the platform. It’s 1,000 on a single account, not a total across all of them. You’ll also set up payouts with our payment provider before your first pitch, so there’s somewhere for the money to go. You don’t need a big audience here. Brands pick creators who fit the campaign, whatever the follower count.
A small, independent team in Ireland. We built Spongle ourselves, from scratch, and we look after your data, payments and content the way we’d want ours looked after.
No. Spongle runs in your browser, so brands can build and launch a campaign from a laptop and creators can pitch from their phone. Nothing to download. Native iOS and Android apps are on the way for when you’d rather have Spongle a tap away.
Brands write the brief and pay up front. Creators pitch by video and keep every penny. We’re just getting started, so come and be one of the first.
